Your loyalty, rewarded: Magic Stamp

We have always wanted to implement a system where your repeat business with us is rewarded. In the past we’ve often just done this by memory with a free order now and again for those of you who have purchased from us on several occasions. But our memory isn’t always the best and sometimes having different staff serving in different locations, sometimes even meeting some of you at different events can make things pretty much impossible to keep track of! Plus, there’s more and more of you to remember these days! We needed to find a system, which was simple for you and us, that could keep a track of things a bit better - so you aren’t missing out on any free coffees!

That’s why we’re pleased to say that we have joined forces with a company called ‘Magic Stamp’. This is a digital loyalty card reward system, that makes recording your purchases with us much easier.

When you next buy a drink from us, you can just download the app and add your personal Bean Bike stamp card (along with any other of your favourite cafés, shops and businesses!). Then using the unique ‘Magic Stamp’ a member of our staff will digitally ‘stamp’ your phone screen. No complex tech, no Bluetooth, no batteries, no QR codes, just a touch of Magic. Once you have fully completed your stamp card, you’ll be able to claim a free drink!

We really like the simplicity of the system, as it’s the same experience as paper cards but there’s no paper, no waste and you can never lose your stamps. We think it will be perfect for use across the festival season, especially this summer because we always have plenty of familiar faces in the mornings looking for their caffeine fix when they’ve had slightly too much fun the night before! So, the occasional free one will hopefully taste even better!
