We supply delicious, freshly made, seasonal food across our numerous menus, each of which can be produced from a variety of our catering units depending on your exact needs. We strive to be particularly adaptable and accommodating with our catering. Gourmet burgers
Our Gourmet Burgers with a selection of toppings have been a hit at many events! The highest quality Butchers Burgers topped with locally sourced ingredients delivered to our unit in East Sussex means we know exactly where our produce comes from.
Grilled sandwiches
We serve our Grilled Sandwiches with a selection of toppings which include home-cooked honey roast ham, red onions, tomatoes and marmite. They are then topped with three different types of cheese to give the grilled sandwich that texture that everyone loves!
Woodfired pizza
Our Traditional Italian woodfired pizzas have proved a massive hit ever since the purchase of the Pizza Box. Our Homemade, Hand Rolled, Italian style dough and special tomato sauce accompanied by locally sourced toppings all come together to make a mouth-watering pizza that our clients just cannot get enough of!
Pie and mash
We source our Pies from local award-winning Pie company Piglets Pantry. They source all their ingredients locally and never disappoint with the amazing variety of flavours they enable us to offer. We accompany the flaky puff pastry pies with our homemade mash and gravy.
Ice cream
Our soft serve Ice Cream Sundaes are made to order in numerous different styles to really get your guests drooling. Our toppings include Lotus biscuit and white chocolate sauce, Oreo and milk chocolate sauce and Kinder Bueno with melted Nutella.
Mexican
Choose from Burritos, Quesadillas or Nachos. We always make all our Mexican fillings from scratch to get the blend of spices just right with your choice of meat. Accompanying these with rice, beans, and other fillings like lettuce and salsa before being wrapped make for a popular, easy to hold and eat option.
Cakes and pastries
We can provide an exciting range of brownies, muffins, cakes, cookies and pastries for your event. Whether they’re home-baked or freshly made at our local bakery they are always a great way to start the day when combined with our barista coffees.
Sausage rolls
Our Sausage Rolls are also supplied from local award-winning company Piglets Pantry. These never disappoint at events, with a variety of available flavours all encased in Golden, Flaky Puff Pastry – it is hard to go wrong.
Freshly baked baguettes
Our Fresh Ciabatta Rolls and Baguettes made to order with the freshest ingredients for your choice of fillings make for a great light lunch option for your event.
